Denver (April 28, 2016) -- “We applaud today’s defeat of House Bill 1310 and House Bill 1430 in the Senate Agriculture Committee. The defeat of these measures helped inject some common sense back into the understanding of basic tort law in Colorado and also showed respect for decisions already made by the Governor’s Task Force and Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission.
