Tisha Conoly Schuller

Ms. Tisha Conoly Schuller serves as President & Chief Executive Officer of the Colorado Oil & Gas Association.  As President, Ms. Schuller is responsible for leading the industry in Colorado legislative, regulatory, and public relations matters.  Previously, Ms. Schuller served as a Principal and Vice President with Tetra Tech, a national environmental consulting and engineering firm.  In addition to running business operations, Ms. Schuller spent 15 years conducting environmental permitting for oil and natural gas projects across the country. She has a B.S. in Earth Systems with an emphasis in Geology from Stanford University. Tisha is a proud Advisory Board Member of the American Red Cross in Denver.

Jill McClure

Jill McClure has served as Chief Operating Officer for COGA since January of 2007. Jill is responsible for the association’s marketing and membership, finance, human resources, branding, and communications. In addition, she leads the branding and logistics teams responsible for the annual Rocky Mountain Energy Epicenter conference. Jill relocated from Austin, Texas where she worked in corporate communications in the high-tech industry and with Fortune 500 companies including Dell, Inc. and Motorola. She owned a boutique advertising agency, is a former college professor and is a former syndicated radio talk show host. Jill has been recognized in two states as a “40 Under 40” business professional --- recently in Denver by the Denver Business Journal and 12 years earlier by the Mississippi Business Journal. Recently, she was recognized as an Innovation Star by the American Society of Association Executives. Jill serves on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Colorado and also as the founder and leader of a parents association representing 300 Denver families. Jill has a Master’s degree in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin, a Bachelor’s degree in Communications in Media, and has earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives.

Doug Flanders

Doug Flanders serves as Director of Policy & External Affairs at COGA. Doug worked for U.S. Congressman Wayne Allard in various capacities including Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director. He received a Presidential appointment to the Department of Energy as the Senior Policy Advisor for Environmental Management. Doug moved from Washington, D.C. to Colorado in 2005 to serve as the policy advisor to Jefferson County. In mid-2007, Doug received a second Presidential appointment as the Senior Advisor to the Regional Administrator (RA) for the U.S. General Services Administration’s Rocky Mountain Region. He received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
