Tisha Conoly SchullerPRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Tisha Conoly Schuller

Ms. Tisha Conoly Schuller serves as President & Chief Executive Officer of the Colorado Oil & Gas Association.  As President, Ms. Schuller is responsible for leading the industry in Colorado legislative, regulatory, and public relations matters.  Previously, Ms. Schuller served as a Principal and Vice President with Tetra Tech, a national environmental consulting and engineering firm.  In addition to running business operations, Ms. Schuller spent 15 years conducting environmental permitting for oil and natural gas projects across the country. She has a B.S. in Earth Systems with an emphasis in Geology from Stanford University. Tisha is a proud Advisory Board Member of the American Red Cross in Denver.
 
Doug FlandersDIRECTOR OF POLICY & EXTERNAL AFFAIRS
Doug Flanders

Doug Flanders serves as Director of Policy & External Affairs at COGA. Doug worked for U.S. Congressman Wayne Allard invarious capacities including Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director. He received a Presidential appointment to the Department of Energy as the Senior Policy Advisor for Environmental Management. Doug moved from Washington, D.C. to Colorado in 2005 to serve as the policy advisor to Jefferson County. In mid-2007, Doug received a second Presidential appointment as the Senior Advisor to the Regional Administrator (RA) for the U.S. General Services Administration’s Rocky Mountain Region. He received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
 
Sarah LandryDIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & PROGRAMS
Sarah Landry

Sarah Landry serves as the Director of Operations & Programs for the Colorado Oil & Gas Association. Previously, Sarah managed COGA’s local regulatory and community outreach efforts throughout Colorado. Born and raised in Baton Rouge, prior to COGA, she handled communications and outreach within the Louisiana Governor’s Office, including assisting with the Deepwater Horizon oil spill response efforts. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
