Tisha Conoly Schuller

Ms. Tisha Conoly Schuller has served as President & CEO of the Colorado Oil & Gas Association since December of 2009. As COGA President, Ms. Schuller is responsible for leading the oil & gas industry in Colorado legislative, regulatory, and public relations matters and serving as an industry spokesperson. Previously, Ms. Schuller served as a Principal and Vice President with Tetra Tech, a national environmental consulting and engineering firm. In addition to running business operations, Ms. Schuller has spent the last 15 years conducting environmental permitting for oil and natural gas projects across the country. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Systems with an emphasis in Geology from Stanford University.

Jill McClure

Jill McClure serves as Chief Operating Officer for COGA. Since January of 2007, Jill has led the conference and branding team responsible for the annual Rocky Mountain Energy Epicenter conference. She is also responsible for association operations including COGA’s marketing and membership, finance, human resources, and communications. Jill relocated from Austin, Texas where she worked as a corporate communications consultant in the high-tech industry and for Fortune 500 companies including Dell, Inc. and Motorola. She also spent five years as a college professor and as a radio talk show host.  Currently, Jill serves on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Colorado and as a volunteer for Dress for Success. Jill has a Master’s degree in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin, and a B.A. in Communications in Media.

Doug Flanders

Doug Flanders serves as Director of Policy & External Affairs at COGA. Doug worked for U.S. Congressman Wayne Allard in various capacities including Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director. He received a Presidential appointment to the Department of Energy as the Senior Policy Advisor for Environmental Management. Doug moved from Washington, D.C. to Colorado in 2005 to serve as the policy advisor to Jefferson County. In mid-2007, Doug received a second Presidential appointment as the Senior Advisor to the Regional Administrator (RA) for the U.S. General Services Administration’s Rocky Mountain Region. He received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
