EnGen: Energy Generation Leadership Program |
As part of the Colorado Oil & Gas Association’s focus on education, we are proud to introduce COGA’s Energy Generation Leadership Program (EnGen). The program will be a one-year, curriculum-based leadership development program created by young professionals with the guidance of oil and gas industry veterans. The thoughtfully fashioned curriculum provides members with a comprehensive approach to professional development through a series of quarterly educational seminars, social networking events, and community outreach projects.
