The Energy Generation Leadership Program (EnGen) is part of the Colorado Oil & Gas Association’s focus upon industry education and outreach. The Mission of EnGen is to educate and empower the next generation of oil and gas leaders by providing industry-specific leadership and professional development.
The EnGen program is a one-year, curriculum-based leadership development course established by both oil and gas young professionals and industry veteran leaders. The curriculum is thoughtfully crafted to provide students a unique forum and comprehensive approach to professional development, and consists of a series of six educational seminars, quarterly social networking events, and one community outreach project.

WHO CAN APPLY
Young professionals who have been in the industry for at least three years and no more than eight years are invited to apply. Application is only open to employees of COGA member companies. If you would like to confirm whether your company is a current COGA member, contact us at email@example.com.

2015 EnGen Applications are now available! In addition to the 2015 APPLICATION FORM, please include your headshot, resume, short biography, and contact information for three professional references by Wednesday, December 10th, 2014, not later than 11:59 PM. All documents should be sent as one PDF to firstname.lastname@example.org.
