As part of the Colorado Oil & Gas Association’s focus on education, we are proud to introduce COGA’s Energy Generation Leadership Program (EnGen). The program will be a one-year, curriculum-based leadership development program created by young professionals with the guidance of oil and gas industry veterans. The thoughtfully fashioned curriculum provides members with a comprehensive approach to professional development through a series of quarterly educational seminars, social networking events, and community outreach projects.
The Mission of EnGen is to provide industry-specific leadership and professional development focused upon educating and empowering the next generation of oil and gas leaders.

WHO CAN APPLY:
Young professionals who have been in the industry for at least 2 years and no more than 8 years are invited to apply. Application is only open to COGA Members. If you are not sure if your company is current in their COGA membership, contact us at membership@coga.org.
