    The Colorado Oil & Gas Association (COGA) values our committees as a primary forum for communication, collaboration, and member representation.  COGA has a Board of Directors and the following active committees:

    GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COORDINATION COMMITTEE (GACC)
    Lobbying and legislation
    Co-Chairs: Tisha Conoly Schuller, COGA; Pam Roth, Williams
    Meetings: Mondays 4 pm, in person at COGA office and by phone

    LEGAL LEGISLATIVE & REGULATORY (LL&R)
    Regulatory implementation and relations
    Co-Chairs: Lisa Hough, BP; Brian Macke, Delta Petroleum Corporation
    Meetings: Every other Thursday during session at 3pm, in person/phone at Holme Roberts & Owen
    TAX SUBCOMMITTEE
    Chair: Jim Walker, Petron Development (co-chair TBD)
     
    COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE
    Communications directors from member companies address branding and messaging for the industry
    Chair: Jill McClure, COGA, co-chair pending
    Meetings: Throughout the year as needed at COGA office

    NATURAL GAS COMMITTEE
    Focuses on natural gas demand and markets
    Co-Chairs: David Posner, EnVent Energy, LLC; Fred Julander, Julander Energy, LLC
    Meetings: Second Wednesday of the month at 10:00 at COGA 2nd floor Conference Room
    COGA NATURAL GAS VEHICLE WORKGROUP SUBCOMMITTEE
    Develop concepts for regulatory or legislative initiatives to promote natural gas vehicles in Colorado

    Meetings: Second Wednesday of the month at 10:30 at COGA 2nd floor Conference Room

    ENVIRONMENAL HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMITTEE
    Practical and technical details on regulatory requirement implementation

    Meetings: Second Friday of the month at 10:00 at COGA Office
    EHS AIR SUBCOMMITTEE
    Addressing regulatory issues on air quality

    Meetings: First Thursday monthly @ 10 a.m. COGA office and via teleconference
    EHS WILDLIFE SUBCOMMITTEE
    Addressing regulatory issues on wildlife
    Co-Chairs: Elaine Porter,Tetra Tech; Kent Rider, Williams

    PAC COMMITTEE
    Fundraising and assessing submitted proposals

    PRODUCED WATER TASK FORCE
    Temporary committee to address the State Engineer's Office produced water rule making.

    Human Resource professionals from member companies address our industry's need to attract and retain talent

    CONFERENCE VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE
    Human Resource professionals from member companies address our industry's need to attract and retain talent

    Meetings: Third Tuesday of the month 10am, in person/phone/ at COGA office
