    POSITION SUMMARY
    This position is responsible for obtaining federal, state and local drilling, right-of-way and other governmental permits relating to the drilling, completion and production process. Obtains municipal special use permits and may assist in preparing testimony for town planning commissions and other public forums. Stays in close communication with drilling and operations personnel to ensure that needed permits are obtained in a timely manner. Maintains all required records. Files required post drilling and completion activity governmental reports such as completion reports, sundry notices, etc. Remains abreast of current and new regulations affecting area of responsibility.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Coordinating surveying activities to obtain plat packages
    Completes the preparation of all correspondence, filing and obtainment of permit applications, encroachment permits, right-of-ways, etc. to meet drilling, completion and production activity schedules. This may include working with federal agencies and contractors to obtain Environmental Analyses through the NEPA process
    Sets up, organizes and maintains appropriate filing systems
    Maintains contact and communication with related agencies, contractors, and BBC personnel as necessary for the permitting process, rule interpretation and applications
    Coordinate Operations compliance with all permit stipulations and conditions of approval
    Transmits and tracks various documents such as sundry notices, completion reports, etc. to counties, state agencies and federal agencies for recording and approval
    Participates in weekly operations meetings and provides permit status updates
    Invoice processing and coding
    Other duties as assigned
    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    POSITION SUMMARY
    The Colorado Oil & Gas Association is seeking a Membership & Administrative Assistant.
    The Membership & Administrative Assistant supports the Operations team by completing tasks that directly affect the achievement of our association's goals and sustainability. This position has a 90 day probationary period before a candidate will be qualified for full-time hire.

    The role includes holding regular office hours (8 am until 5 pm  additional hours may be required), ensuring communications are answered during these hours, directing guests, coordinating ingoing and outgoing correspondence, and serving as a gatekeeper to the executive staff. The person in this role also serves as an interface between the staff and Associations stakeholders and is instrumental in setting a tone of professionalism for the Association.

    This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, responsive, and enjoy a fast paced environment and the challenges of working in a small office.

    Candidates for this position must have STRONG administrative skills and experience with accurate data entry, letter writing skills, and must be a quick learner. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President.
    Contract position: 90 days probation with potential for extending or full-time hire for those that meet exceptional performance standards. Pay range for this position is $32,000-$40,000 annually, based on experience.

    Coordinating member market research in areas such as member benefit analysis, member satisfaction surveys, member needs assessment and competition analysis
    Managing the member renewals process

    Contract position: 90 days probation with potential for extending or full-time hire for those that meet exceptional performance standards. Pay range for this position is $16 -$18.50 per hour, based on experience.

    Responsibilities
    This position will be responsible for growing Deltas Rocky Mountain regional environmental practice. Responsibilities include strategic planning and leadership, business development, operational and P&L responsibilities, project management, and technical consulting. The position will support existing clients/projects and the expansion of Delta's market penetration with new and target clients in region.

    Demonstrate technical efficiencies as an expert in air field within the oil and gas industry

    Significant experience determining federal and state regulations applicability and compliance, including negotiating with state regulators
    Has proven air experience dealing specifically with up- and mid-stream oil and gas operations; specific experience in Colorado, Wyoming and Utah a plus
    Provides leadership, mentoring and guidance to others
