COGA’s 35th Annual Meeting Luncheon and Expo, is the largest members-only gathering held every year in November. COGA’s Annual Meeting reviews the industry’s previous year, while also conducting official business and making an industry call-to-action for the next year. COGA’s board is elected each year during this meeting.

These lifeline industries are woven into the fabric of our state, but often find themselves on the ballot or otherwise under fire. Yet these industries are vital to our state’s successful future. COGA End of Session Review

COGA's End of Session Review brings together a handful of Colorado’s Lawmakers for a unique forum to recap this year's legislative session, and is designed to facilitate conversations about the state and region’s energy future. Attendees listen to lawmakers and bring questions to get the inside perspective from the men and women shaping Colorado’s oil and gas policy.

WATCH: COGA President and CEO, Dan Haley speaks to a crowd of roughly one thousand oil and natural gas workers and state lawmakers who rallied on March 5 2019 at the Colorado State Capitol in opposition to a comprehensive oil and natural gas reform bill SB-181.
The highly anticipated, Senate Bill 181 was introduced late Friday evening, March 1 by Boulder lawmakers, Senate Majority Leader Steve Fenberg and House Speaker K.C. Becker, just one day after a joint press conference with Gov. Jared Polis. Over 400 individuals signed up to give testimony in a Senate hearing that lasted over 12 hours. |

The annual Mardi Gras Ball aligns the values we all share – supporting our communities through a long tradition of giving back and ongoing contributions that have endured and strengthened the lives of our neighbors. To ensure the next generation of Coloradans have the opportunity to thrive, the 2019 Mardi Gras Ball benefited the Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County. Colorado’s oil and natural gas industry has proudly invested millions of dollars and volunteered tens of thousands of hours towards non-profit causes and initiatives. The Community Impact Awards presented during the event honors those who have tirelessly made a positive impact across our state.
