Contact
Rich Coolidge serves at COGA’s Director of Regulatory Affairs advocating for Colorado’s oil and natural gas industry and its employees in front of state and local regulators and policymakers.

With over 20 years of public affairs experience, Coolidge most recently worked as a Senior Project Manager at consulting firm EIS Solutions where he spearheaded communications and public affairs efforts to drive corporate and political strategies to shape public opinion. In that role, Coolidge also served as senior strategist for Vital for Colorado, a coalition of almost 90,000 businesses, community leaders and organizations in Colorado that support responsible energy development.

Before joining EIS, Coolidge served as the Communications Director and legislative liaison for four Colorado Secretaries of State, including three Republicans and one Democrat. He served as the office’s media spokesman to numerous state, national and international media outlets and helped lead the state’s largest voter registration education campaign. He also built coalitions and navigated legislation improving the usability of the state’s campaign finance reporting system, protecting Colorado businesses from business identity theft, and securing funding for the first state-sponsored app challenge, Go Code Colorado.

Outside the office, Coolidge can be found hiking or snowshoeing in the mountains with his wife Tiffany, son Grayson, and daughter Izzy.
