Camille provides vision, strategy, and inclusive leadership across all aspects of org design and talent strategy, and her work increases efficiency and reduces churn through strategic organization design that aligns people and business strategies, with inclusion and diversity built into the design. Camille’s current role, Director Talent Planning, encompasses culture, DE&I, and all aspects of talent. Since 2020, she has focused on creating talent solutions that meet current business needs and lay the foundation for the DCP’s future. Camille is incorporating DE&I into every facet of talent planning, from recruiting to offboarding, placing this priority front and center and driving action, including hiring the first dedicated DE&I role. Prior to DCP, Camille worked at Ball Corporation, where she successfully established the first organizational effectiveness center of expertise, bringing the capabilities of organizational design and development, change management, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement to the organization. One of her highlights was leading the organizational design of the global beverage business, transforming the largest business segment from a regional to a global model post acquisition of Rexam. Camille successfully partnered with business leaders across the globe to transform how work was done and the interactions between functions across key account management and commercial, engineering and manufacturing operations, strategy and innovation, and integrated business planning, increasing efficiency and improving customer satisfaction. She also directly contributed to above benchmark employee engagement by designing and delivering enterprise org design & development, and change management processes, practices, and toolkits to business-embedded resources. While at Deloitte Consulting, Camille led teams to deliver value-based work to both fortune 500 clients and internal initiatives using a strategic mindset and practical application. During her time there, she served clients across industries and organizational transformation capabilities. Two client highlights include increasing engagement of over 12K global individuals by 25% during and post system implementation using effective change management practices at 19.57B multinational utility and gas company with locations in the US and UK, and leading HR and business executives at a 4B transportation client to develop and implement succession planning practices based on data driven successor identification and development. In addition to client delivery, Camille recognized a new sales offering opportunity and led a global team to create a center of excellence offering, estimated to bring in over $14M annually and used by over 7K consultants worldwide, and improved national revenue opportunities by linking successful strategic change work stream to client business results, increasing relevance and revenue by approximately 15% per project. Camille began her career at The Revere Group, which was acquired by NTT Data Consulting. While there, she was a strategic leader of external client work and led the transition team during the acquisition of The Revere Group. Her work on the transition team during the company acquisition resulted in a 95% retention of employees through merger and first year post-merger. While working on the transition team, Camille also led a 3-year, $20M organizational improvement program affecting 18K employees and 30K members. Her work in leading change management, enterprise process improvement, and leader and employee engagement resulted in a 25% increase in employee engagement through effective communications, increased membership engagement by 15% through senior-level executive sponsorship practices, and improved time to deliver (cycle times) by 20% through enterprise process optimization. Camille graduated from Roosevelt University with a M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology and has been PMP certified through PMI. She is a member of Psi Chi, the Organizational Development Network (ODN), the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), and Women in Operational Excellence.
