About Carrie GoddardCarrie is the Integration & Performance Manager for Chevron in Denver, CO, where she is responsible for integration of Noble Energy’s DJ Basin assets into the global Chevron portfolio. In this capacity, her focus is on operationalizing a mindset and culture of performance through leadership, inclusion, collaboration, benchmarking, and continuous improvement.
Since joining Chevron in 2000 as a Production Engineer in Bakersfield, CA, Carrie has held numerous roles of increasing responsibility in engineering, operations, planning, strategy, safety, digital, project management, and performance across California, Pennsylvania, Texas, and now Colorado. She is recognized as an engaging and inclusive leader, driving business value through cross-functional collaboration, and growing the talents of others. Carrie graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a M.S. in Information Systems Management and holds a B.S. in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from West Virginia University. She served on the Board of Visitors for Robert Morris University. She is currently the management sponsor for Chevron’s Women’s Employee Network in Colorado.
