About Laura SingerLaura is the CCUS Program Manager at the Colorado School of Mines’ Payne Institute for Public Policy where she works to connect the innovative CCUS-related research at Mines to the broader state, federal, and global policy landscape. Her background is in economics and policy, and she previously worked doing energy projections and modeling as an economist at the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) in Washington, DC and analyzing infrastructure investment with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Laura holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Tulane University and a master’s degree in public affairs from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs.
