About Jeff LyngJeff Lyng is Area Vice President, Energy and Sustainability Policy at Xcel Energy. In this role, he is responsible for developing strategies and policies that advance the company's leadership in clean energy while keeping customer bills low. Jeff is also co-chair of the Edison Electric Institute’s Environment Executive Advisory Committee. Before joining Xcel Energy, he served as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Center for the New Energy Economy, Renewable Energy Policy Manager in Colorado Governor Bill Ritter’s Administration, and Director of Regulatory Affairs for Opower.
